looks like your file name has : in it. I think that is not allowed in linux or windows and may be the problem. you made it not readable so I can not tell if it is the case ;-).

PS if you can confirm the : in name than I would create a bug for TB because it should create a valid temporary name for editing and tell who ever sent you the email to fix it on their side too :-)
