No matter what location i choose, i keep getting a No Signal - Check Connection status. I read through a few other posts and saw that you need to sign out and and uninstall, but that didnt work. I still have internet with VPN on. I'm making this post with the VPN still switched on.

Hi there, thank you for posting on the forum.

Can you confirm that you get this error code with all servers? Please try a few different server locations and see if the error code is the same.

We might need some additional information from you, would you please contact us directly? You can just contact us via the app by clicking on settings in the top right corner and then "contact us".
