After installing Mozilla VPN and establishing a connection it worked for about 2 minutes. Then it said it was connected but I couldn't connect to anything over the Internet.

After I disconnected and reconnected it now says "No Signal, No connection" inside of the app.

I have opened a ticket with support in addition to posting here. I will post the outcome from that here to help others.

Meanwhile, do you have any thoughts on what could be the issue?

This generally happens if the installation gets a little messed up somehow. It is usually resolved by signing out of the application, uninstalling it, then reinstalling it. If a sign out isn't possible due to the app not opening properly, it can effectively be done by navigating to %AppData% and finding the Mozilla VPN folder and deleting it after uninstalling.
