Firefox supports Norton Safe Search. Norton Identity Safe is not active. When will this problem be corrected? Why isn't Mozilla cooperating with Norton?

Sorry, but it up to Norton to fix problems with their Firefox add-ons. If Norton needs help from Mozilla all they need to do is ask for it. But Mozilla can't take on the task of fixing another company's proprietary software - DMCA. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Millennium_Copyright_Act

Symantec has struggled to get their Norton toolbar completed since before Firefox 41.0 as Norton was using a old way that was no longer supported. The change was known for months and Symantec even asked Mozilla to delay change for one Firefox Release to give them more time.
