I recently refreshed my Firefox browser. In doing so l lost my preferred tab page setting (tiles). Upon selecting a new tab, i got a blank page display instead. So I reset it with <about:newtab> which restored the new page display that I wanted. But when I restart or turn off my computer, this reconstructed setting goes away, and I'm back to the blank page again and have to reset it all over again (starting of course with <about:config>. How can I keep my preferred tab setting as a permanent default?
