I can not see a part of the website. for ex I can not see the user reviews on snapdeal.com a shopping site in india. But in other browsers it is possible. check

I just only use firefox and nothing on my windows 8.1 64bit pc. In snapdeal.com I am not able to see the user reviews part and three rolling balls icon keep on turning and nothing happens. But all other things in the site are ok. And there is no such problems with the same site when browsed on chrome or internet explorer. I even contacted snapdeal, they told me to use chrome or IE. I think I can get an answer for this. If this is problem with browser please rectify it and mail me the suitable version. Please consider this as important issue, since I depend only on mozilla firefox for browsing and I spend most of my time on browsing.

I did not see any issue on that page. And there are no user reviews here.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

  • Clear the Cache and
  • Remove Cookies
    Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to.

Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar.

  • Cookies; Select Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. Press the button on the right side called Show Cookies. Use the search bar to look for the site. Note; There may be more than one entry. Remove All of them.
  • Cache; Select Advanced > Network. Across from Cached Web Content, Press Clear Now.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.

I'm not familiar with this site but if you click on individual products you should see the number of user reviews and if you scroll down they are listed there.

The page set up is like Walmart and Amazon.

The user posts are at the bottom of the page. Are you having trouble going to the page bottom? Or is the user review just not there?
