Since I upgraded to the latest version, Firefox is sluggish and crashes on a regular basis. I have changed my privacy settings from strict to default, has not changed the problem. How can I go back to old version? I choose Firefox because of the privacy concerns, and understand that some websites won't work well, but I've never experienced consistent problems with the app crashing.

I can log onto all of the webpages that require a UN & PW except www.spectrumbusiness.net I have turned off pop-up blockers, cleared the cache, restarted the modum, and restarted my computer. I still can't log on with Firefox but I can log in with Google. When I try to log in, this is the message that I get: "We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again. NETGE-1000." I use Firefox almost exclusively so I don't want to have to go to Google to log in for just this site.

I arrange my bookmarks in a folder structure by type, making it relatively simple to find the bookmark I need. This is normally in bookmarks/desktop bookmarks. But Firefox on my android 14 tablet and phone, no longer has the desktop bookmarks option. I am signed in to my account, and I have synced my account across all my devices. How do I get the desktop bookmarks option back again?

Hi. During the recent Firefox updates for Android, there is a problem for me. Navigation bar background on Android 7 is not adaptive so buttons are always white. On the latest Firefox Android (135) with the light mode on, navigation bar background is also white that makes the buttons not clear.

Firefox doesn't always correctly detect the "Follow device theme" setting. In such cases, you have to switch the mode twice in Android for it to be recognized correctly.

Hello, Samsung gallery has a fantastic function that allows you to go directly to the website when looking at a screenshot from the samsung internet (see photo). I am struggling with firefox because, although I do love the added security, this is almost a make or break function for me.

Is there something that I can adjust in firefox's settings to allow my screenshots to retain the sites full url in its data?

I for some reason cannot login into my TikTok account using my Samsung S24 Ultra Cell Phone it says I'm logging in using a Motorola G Stylus. Where can I find the cookies on the Firefox app to remove the cookies on my phone? Just for your information I have no problem logging in on my tablets or laptop. as of today my bookmarks - both the ones in my desktop bookmarks folder and the (mostly) duplicate I copied to my mobile bookmarks folder - seem to randomly rearrange themselves whenever I open my bookmarks on my phone. is there any way to turn off this feature as it has made navigation a slog.

I have 135.0.1 (Build #2016074239),on android. Suddenly, yesterday, all of my bookmarks and bookmark folders have become rearranged, presumably with a recent update. Its really hard to work with it like this, help!

None of the topics above fit what the problem is. When I got on my phone today all my bookmarks had been rearranged why did this happen? And since this happened part two of that question would be why is there no way to rearrange your bookmarks without going back to the website deleting The bookmark and re-adding it seems kind of extreme for something so simple.

I have my tabs setting to automatically close in one day. When I open Firefox I will have lots of tabs still open after the one day mark. I am having to go in and manually close all tabs. Is there a reason there not closing automatically?

Since version 134 of Firefox Android has been out, it crashes EVERY TIME when I try ot use the "back" gesture on my Xiaomi 14(i.e. swiping from right or left side of the screen) I tried Firefox 134, Iceraven 2.27 (also based on the same Gecko) - they act the same. In the same time I also have Waterfox, based in the previous version of Firefox 133, and it responds properly. I guess it is related to the latest version only. Here's the crash log:

For a bit of contexts I own 3 main devices, Syncing between Device A (Windows 10 Desktop) and Device B (Windows 11 Laptop) works just find the problem comes when syncing Device C (Samsung A13 Android) It won't sync at all. All I need to do is sync my bookmarks

I have tried going into account settings and forcing a reset but that does nothing it continues to say Last synchorinsed 20 hours ago. I have tried signing out and signing in again and I have tried disconnecting device C from the account and reconnecting using a qr code - all that has done is change the Last synchorinsed 20 hours ago to Last synchorinsed never. and disable the option of changing what to sync.

I also have tried syncing from my laptop(Device B) would appreciate some help on what to do

Small tiny window, that's too small to use, on start up with Chromebook. Started a week or so ago. Refresh and empty cache makes no difference. Also there are no maximise or minimise buttons.
