Hello all, I am running firefox 35.01 and recently have been having an issue with flashplayer plugin since the last version of34. first itr was that i had both flashplayer 11 and 16 running simultaneously and youtube was only availabe in 360 or 720p, sometimes everything was ok but the plugins (both) would suddenly disable a re-enable, 11 was bonded 16 (i could disable 16 and leave 11 but disabling 11 did both in) some of the symptoms included whiteout (no flash) greyscreen, blacksceen, fash disabled, flash needs ugrading, and the sadface crash, now i diabled flash 11 by adding 'x" infront of the file name for the .dll so now all i get is immeadiate flash has crashed screens anywhere ( was the same when i wold try to only run flash 16 in previous state. (oh im running shockwave flashplayer 16.0.0.269)... so wheres the mozilla IT team? but seriously tho how can we fix this?

I see you have Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in installed. Do you need it? See this old question.

Your More System Details information that comes with your initial posting here shows only the Flash 16.0 version, but not which one out of the three versions that Adobe has released in the last 2 months. So it might be best if you start from scratch with Adobe Flash, since Flash doesn't always clean up after itself during an update and tends to leave stray files behind.

First, grab the Adobe uninstaller from here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Then download the latest Flash Plugin version [when using Firefox] from here: https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Run the Flash uninstaller program, then reboot your PC. Then install the Plugin version of Flash. So you'll have a clean installation of Flash for Firefox.
