If you want to switch from the ESR channel to the regular Release update channel then you can install the current Firefox release.

You can find the full version of the latest Firefox 24.0 release in all languages and for all Operating Systems here:

You can just update Firefox, via Help > About

My firefox ESR is up to date. I am using only a single computer now so should I not be using a public version instead of ESR ? Confused !
