How do I use the parental block I just purchased? I want to block prono etc....

I am have nothing but problems. I signed up for parental control and I can't seem to have access to it. I can not even log into anything except add ons. Exactly what program did you purchase?? Mozilla doesn't sell anything, everything Mozilla creates is free. Was that an add-on for Firefox? Or was that an external program?
