Every time I restart Foxfire (using windows) I have to reset the proxy server. How can I set it permanently?

Every time Foxfire is restarted I must reset the proxy server before I can connect to the internet. Any setting I select works, but every restart I must do it again.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
