I cannot set up page set prior to printing. From file to Page set then it comes up full depth..running off the bottom. I cannot print from the web

Question I cannot set up page set prior to printing. I go from File to Page set which comes up very narrow and tabs Format& Options and Margins Headers/Footers. These are full depth..running off the bottom. I cannot set footers. I cannot print from the web

When I go to Print Preview I get a totally gray screen

Solved. I amended "About:config" and it worked. Greatly appreciated.
