All my downloads fail to open when using Download Helper (with Mandriva OS). Please advise

when using the Download Helper (mostly Jazz on the Tube videos) the videos fail. The actual name of the video has "failed" in my download helper folder. Your video guide states I can just start the video and use the tool and the save dialog box will appear. Please advise. Respectfully, Olin

If this is the extension you're talking about, you should contact them about it, since Mozilla doesn't make it.
