Tick boxes to left of mails in TalkTalk folders are missing; they are there using Internet Explorer.
I log in to TalkTalk and can receive, send and action messages. Two days ago , for the first time in two years, I was asked to enter a displayed code as part of the log in. Since then the boxes to the left of each message in each folder in which you can enter a tick to do multiple actions have disappeared. Since accessing my mail through Internet Explorer works correctly, TalkTalk say the fault is not theirs. I would like to get the boxes back when I use Firefox.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
