Why does my tab disappear when I leave to get a security code for that page.

When a I visit a website and need to get a security code, when I return to the page it has disappeared, so I’m not able to add the six digit number into the website to gain access. Thanks.

Hi Pam,

Have you tried reloading the tab? Though you may need to check if you need to get a new security code too.
