pkjoan, if after the credentials have been entered you click inside the username field and press enter, does that work?

unfortunately no..

pkjoan, have you tried logging in in troubleshoot mode, or in a private window?

doesn't work..

doesn't work. It all happened after the most recent update..

pkjoan, you could try Clearing cookies and site data for that page (while on the site, click the "View site information" button to the left of the address bar and then press the "Clear cookies and site data" button).

Seems like problem lies with "Enhanced Tracking Protection". Access works when "Enhanced Tracking Protection" is OFF and website is REFRESHED every time before "Login ID" & "Password" are entered. Things do NOT work when these are re-entered straight after logout WITHOUT refreshing the page. Thank you.
