I cannot send, forward or respond to Yahoo emails in Firefox.

On my HP laptop, I can open Yahoo emails, but cannot respond or forward them. Using another browser, I am able to do this. Also, I can do it on myiPhone. I have tried clearing the cache, but that did not help.

What OS? If windows, home or pro? What version of Firefox? Are there any errors you can show us? Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

Let me log into my yahoo account on my HP and see what happens.

I do see the issue when trying to compose a new message. see screenshot Turned off all blockers, but still no joy. Going troubleshoot mode.

thanks. went to troubleshoot mode, and ended up reinstalling Firefox. Yahoo mail working OK now on firefox.
