Firefox iOS is spamming "tabs closed" notifications

I closed 1 tab on my phone through the desktop synced tabs. Since then, Firefox has been continously sending me notifications about the tab being closed. I've clicked on the notification to open the app, but I still keep getting this.

Hi Shawtan,

I couldn't replicate the issue on my side, but this seems like something our team should look into. Can you still reproduce this issue with other tabs?
