Hi there, Just installed Thunderbird email. Before uninstalling Outlook 2016, I tried to forward some messages to Thunderbird, but Thunderbird will not show emabedded images or attached photos, regardless of format (JPG, WEBP or PNG) Example: Instead of the image embedded in the email, I got this: g:20260201194950ee722ec300f042669bef9585ca10p0eu&R=1KSFSC960P76L&T=O&U=https %3A%2F%2Fimages-eu.ssl-images-amazon.com%2Fimages%2FG%2F01%2Fnav%2Ftransp.gi f&H=8QFJAA9HOQ1LXLAKNXLPWFHXGSSA&ref_=pe_109088481_1104238771_opens>

I have Original HTML in Thunderbird settings, not changed anything. How do I resolve this? I appreciate your help

Chosen solution

why are you forwarding the email. Why not import it?

Thanks so much. I uninstalled Outlook 2016 and New Outlook from my PC. I'm now on ThunderBird and happy about it. I still have Outlook 2013 on my laptop. It's just there as a backup. It's the best Outlook version in my experience. No more Outlook for me. Thanks for your help
