Could you please write down all the steps for importing? If I save the mbox file on a USB stick to import it onto the new one, I select the profile folder but cannot find the mbox file. Thank you, Silvia.

Help/Troubleshooting Info, Profile Folder, Open Folder, close TB, copy the mbox file into Mail/Local Folders, restart TB, find the folder under Local Folders in the Folder Pane.

If you use the add-on, right-click Local Folders in the Folder Pane, ImportExportTools NG, Import mbox files...
