lost bookmarks and no backups in library

Hi i have lost my bookmarks, comes up Import bookmarks, my sync is on, I have gone through and checked library and there are no backups, restore? No idea why this happened, they all just disappeared? Any other advice to try please?

all sorted, ended up doing trouble shooting after restarting everything and they came back
