Hello, I can no longer use the Download Helper extension on YouTube. I purchased the plugin, but it stays gray when I play a YouTube video, and it doesn't work. I tested it on videos I'd already recorded. Is there a setting I need to adjust? Can you help me? Thank you.

Bonjour, je ne peux plus utiliser l'extension Download helper sur You tube. J'ai acheté le plugin, mais, il reste grise quand je lance une video sur youtube et cela ne fonctionne pas. J'ai testé sur des vidéos que j'avais déja enregistrées. Y a t il un réglage à faire ? Pouvez vous m'aider ? merci

YouTube downloader isn't a Mozilla software that is their own software and if you have issues then you need to contact their support.
