I HAVE TO GET RID OF THING CALLED GOOGLE RECAPTCHA. ASSUME I TOLD CAPITAL ONE TO WATCH OUT FOR SPAM. BUT I CAN'T FIND THE SETTINGS THAT TURN THIS ON.

Recaptcha isn't a adware it's a security check from google. Also "CAPs" equate to yelling and is considered bad online Etiquette and it doesn't always get reply when users post in "Caps".
