Have stopped getting some mails recently
I am not getting some mails and my complaint has resulted in the following reply : - using a VPN/anonymous proxy; - some settings on your device/browser flagged for being inconsistent with your country of residence; - your IP address being flagged as a threat by the IP databases we use.
While we regret the inconvenience caused, our system is designed in such a manner that it will not generally allow these attempts, as these flags are associated with a high possibility of fraud. In order for you to be able to properly use your Toluna account, we strongly recommend that you review your internet connection, as well as your device/browser's settings, and ensure that all details match your country of residence so this will not happen going forward.
You can check the details of your connection at any time via any free IP checking tools that can be found online. Is there something wrong with my browser?

Hmm, I can understand why using a VPN might raise concerns when you are sending email, but I don't know why it would affect receiving email because that was already sent from the sender to your mail server and is sitting there waiting for you to read it.
Does your email work normally if you turn off your VPN? Or are you not connecting through a VPN?
Any different if you try to access your email in Microsoft Edge?
You can check the connection settings and check for possible issues with a Proxy or VPN service.
- Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings
If you do not need to use a Proxy to connect to internet, select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
