Firefox 129 is currently Nightly (unstable alpha that updates twice per day) and will become the next Beta next weeks Tuesday.
Why do you need this alpha version? Why does the current release not work with that website?
Why does the current release not work with that website? not sure, it tells me my Version is too old and not supported and i need one of the last two Versions
Sorry this is what the Alert message said "Your browser is not currently supported. Please use a recommended browser"
It is more likely that something is wrong with your profile or that you made changes that the website doesn't like.
You can create a new profile as a quick test to see if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":
If the new profile works, you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
Then it tells me to check if you have one of the latest 2 versions of Mozilla Firefox
The twitch.tv site works fine for me no with message anywhere of needing any specific Firefox version.
The Firefox UserAgent used to post this thread appears to be fine Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:127.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/127.0 (this is normal as it does not show the minor updates like 127.0.2 in UA)
The message of "Your browser is not currently supported. Please use a recommended browser" would more likely to happen if the useragent was modified in way including being blank.
As you can see the Fx 127.0.2 is the most current Release as per https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/releases/
Even though your UA appears to be fine https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-reset-default-user-agent-firefox

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be careful. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose, make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.
If you revisit a 'forgotten' website, data for that website will be saved once again.
