its the browser, the opperative said when I phoned in about no access. try chrome, they said and true enough it worked. Just shy of 15 years with firefox and now nothing but problems, the cut and paste does not work and now this! pointless staying with them

Try right-clicking the site in History then Forget about this site. Make sure you have a backup record of your user name and password before doing that because they will be forgotten also.

Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.
