Hello dear company, I have been having trouble downloading and opening files from the PTC WindChill console through your browser since a certain update of yours released sometime last year. I download a file that cannot be opened or is corrupted. I am sending the relevant files in the attachment. I would send you the files I downloaded, but your form doesn't allow it.
