
Can't download messages
I have been trying to download emails to Firefox / Thunderbird but for days I keep getting this message:
"The account hliss@localnet.com is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete to get messages."
What should I do?

You need to check with your ISP provider whom provided you login as to why it doesn't work.
I have the same problem "The account [email]@roadrunner.com is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete to get messages." Right now I have 2 computers on a local network, only my old mainframe (Windows 7) does not work. My newer computer laptop (Windows 11) works. I may have done something bad while cleaning up the inbox on the desktop.
Any ideas?
