''''''When I try to open up my firefox account, it opens firefox and locks my computer so that it is frozen. Moving the mouse moves the pointer but anything I click on does not function. When I open the task manager I can end the firefox task and the firefox web page disappears. However, the computer still fails to respond when I click on any functions. If I power down the computer and restart it then everyrthing else seems to function normally. But if I go back into firefox it freezes up again. I got an error message from firefox and it said to restart which I did but that did not work.
