I checked all my setttings in Firefox to be correct, yet I am unable to access my bank account with my password, they want a verification code to access the account, whereas Edge and Chrome do accept
let me know whether there is a specific setting to solve this.

Is that verification code send via email as that is quite a normal procedure in such a case and is there a problem to receive this code ?

This issue can be caused by blocked cookies.
- check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab in "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions"

When I click send "Code" I will get a telephone call on my landline and a digital code is provided orally, which is only valid for ten minutes. Yes, I tried Firefox in Safe mode. I also cleared the cache and history. I phoned/ online the bank at least four times, but it looks like they haven't got a clue either.
