This will be hard to investigate without an account... Are you getting a code, putting it in and it's not working? Did you try with Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

You can also try the option to Forget About This Site, but make sure you know the password. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/remove-websites-address-bar-suggestions#firefox:win11:fx100

When I click send "Code" I will get a telephone call on my landline and a digital code is provided orally, which is only valid for ten minutes. Yes, I tried Firefox in Safe mode. I also cleared the cache and history. I phoned/ online the bank at least four times, but it looks like they haven't got a clue either. Their suggestion" Use Edge or Chrome" https://online.simplii.com/ebm-resources/public/client/web/index.html#/accounts (website) When I click on this website, my username/number and password appear, when I click "sign in", the "send code" appears and a telephone call comes in to provide me with the code to access the account.
