Cannot delete Firefox account, says wrong password

more options

I have many Multi account containers on my firefox account, they are no longer syncing across devices, even when a build a brand new profile.

I need this fixed, so in despiration, I am going to delete my firefox account. When I attempted to it states that I have the incorrect password, but, I don't as it's the same PW I'm entering when logging in.

How can I fix this?

If I could avoid having to start completely over, I'd prefer that. I have around 500 or so sites in my multi account container that I would rather not set back up but if my changes are no longer going to sync then I will have to start over.

Sir, I did not lose my password. I know my password, I can log into Firefox account with that password successfully as I have done here. I cannot, however, delete my account as it says the password is not correct. That makes no sense, it's the same password that I used to just log in.

I'm also not stating that it's a backup, I know that, I back up my own book marks. I'm simply stating two things:

1) Containers WILL NOT sync (across devices) however bookmarks do, despite ALL settings being correct 2) I cannot delete my account due to it not accepting the CORRECT password

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if recent Sync logs are available. You can upload the file to a website like Pastesite if you can't post the content of the file in a reply.

Dropa, thank you for the tip. I will keep that in mind as a last course of action.

One computer will not produce logs, this one, has produced a few. It pulled in the old data for containers and not the modified from a few weeks ago.

Look through, I am seeing some login errors? Bookmarks do sync across devices. I'm no expert on these logs, hopefully they will help you :)

Could you please use https://pastesite.org/ to post the logs like I suggested above as pastebin doesn't seem to like hosting Firefox crash reports and removes/hides them.

I'm sorry- did not pick up on that. That site will not create the link, the logs may be too large. Here's the files here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ar5Vx9Edw8DmgZ5-r9GHrMoCazaHsg?e=SrcPdR
