disappearing menu bar

Can anyone tell me why on some websites, every time I do anything the Menu Bar disappears and I have to press the F10 button to get it to show again and how to fix it if possible? Quite aggravating having to keep doing continually this as I use the Menu Bar a lot. My email may not be working at this time (other problems...), so I will visit back here often to check for responses. Thanks! Wolfgang
