The page is formatted wrong when I visit financial website.
Hello.
When I visit Marketwatch* on Firefox in full screen mode on Windows machine, there is a huge gap of blank space on the page and I have to scroll dwn a long way to read the rest of the page. It's like the columnar data is being stacked on the page and not dsplayed side-by-side, as it should be. This doesn't happen in Brave, Chrome, Iron, or MS browsers. On those browsers, the information is placed correctly side-by-side, and not stacked above or below each other on the page. (i say "columnar" to describe issue appearance, not as a known refernce to the cause of the issue.)
PROBLEM FIREFOX:
column 2 data column 2 data column 2 data
column 1 data column 1 data column 1 data column 1 data
CORRECT BROWSER DISPLAY: column 1 data column 2 data column 1 data column 2 data column 1 data column 2 data column 1 data
The work-around is minimizing Firefox just slightly smaller than full screen, and all of the page items appear where they should on the page. I'm using other browsers because of this. thx, rick
- BTW, I don't benefit in any way from mentioning this website with this issue; it's sincerely a probelm with this website that I use frequently.

Screenshots of the issue would help. Here is what I see in full screen. see screenshot Is the issue just on the home page or whole site? Let me boot to win 7 and see what happens.
Modified
Here is what I see in Win 7. see screenshot
If you have made changes to Advanced font-size settings like increasing the minimum/default font-size then try the Default font-size setting "16" and the Minimum font-size setting "none" in case the current setting is causing the problem.
- Settings -> General: Fonts & Colors -> Advanced -> Minimum Font Size (none)
Make sure you allow pages to choose their own fonts.
- Settings -> General: Fonts & Colors -> Advanced
[X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above"
It is better not to increase the minimum font-size, but to use the built-in Firefox Zoom feature.
- Settings -> General -> Language and Appearance -> Zoom
Thank you. No it's not on home page, it's when I select to see a particular stock price and detail page. Any stock ticker. Here are some screen shots.
Does it help if you zoom out the page ?
Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required)?
Thank you all. I've done support before--long ago--and I reember it's usually the customer's issue but just guiing that person to realize that is the laborous effort. Thanks. No, it doesn't help if I reduce or enlarge the page contents--which I do oftern browsing online.
For a public link, try https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/msft?mod=search_symbol. In the upper right corner of the page, you will see a magnifying (search") icon--to the right of the login icon. Click that to change ticker.

Thank you, But looks like my issue was not worth further investigation. I have used FF for years, but maybe my needs and preferences have outgrown Mozilla's target market; I need a browser for working adults that works with financial and professional sites. Best to you, rickymay detroit usa
