The last bunch of updates FF has only gotten worse. There are so many websites I use to be able to access and now they only function partially or lad weirdly that I am being forced to another browser. So sad. Why do they mess with something that worked?

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I clean out the cache and cookies all the time. I have used FF for many many years, I am not technically savvy and I should not have to do stuff I am not familiar with is my point. I am scared I will ruin something. I will look at your links the next time I run into a problem. Sometimes it is something I am logged into that is of a personal nature like medical so I will when it is just a plain website. Thanks for you input

Did you try to run it as Private mode with all Addons disabled and see what happens.

So what are the issues on those sites? Without a screenshot not sure what your seeing. Here's my screenshot from Firefox and Chrome and from Aero. And Aero has a time when chat is open based on time zone so if you miss it then it's not there.

they load with arrows or jumbled type. I can't access chats. I have to go to an another browser and I am not savvy with this stuff and very hesitant to change anything and I do not think I should. FF was great for years but the last few updates some websites are fine and others not. This stuff overwhelms me

why is it so complicated just to send a reply. I figured out how to attache a screen shot from another site to give you an idea

Your going to have to provide screenshots of the issue then. I had no issue and the flight looked the same on FF and in Chrome.

can't you see from this that it does not load correctly?

You did see my screenshot for Chrome and FF showed the same issue. So this would indicate it's a site issue not related to either Browser.
