The filter should look for FROM CONTAINS gmail.com

You want to block all emails from gmail? You could create a filter that removes them.

Thanks for reply. But I don't see a domain blocker in Tbird message filer. Would *@.gmail.com work to block entire domain? My goal is to move these messages to a Gmail folder.

The filter also has the 'contains' operator, so you could set filter to contails gmail.com . Remember, if you have friends or other contacts who use gmail.com, your filter will toss their messages.

Thanks David. I will see if that works and try moving to a spam mailbox which I believe is an option.....and tell people that I am blocking gmail.
