Is there still an option to have the browser restore previously loaded tabs? If so, where? If not, I'll be a little disappointed.

≡ -> Settings -> General -> Startup -> Open previous windows and tabs

Note that Restore Previous Session doesn't work if you use "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear the browsing history.
