YouTube is showing wrong language and location, and I can't change it

As the title says, YouTube is showing me the wrong language and location, and I can't change it, every time I try it just goes back to the wrong language. I've tested other browsers (Edge and Opera) and it's working normally, I've also tried disabling all the extensions I have, as well as resetting my profiles folder, neither of which worked. Thanks in advance.

Actually, it seems to be a problem with my profile, I tried resetting it again and this problem stopped. Any idea of what file or setting could be causing this?

Edit: The problem was with the "cookies.sqlite" file, I don't know what happened but the cookies were changing my YouTube language and location for some reason...
