There are several Firefox authenticator extensions that can generate the 6 digit TOTP code.

If you only have a device running an operating system other than iOS or iPadOS 15: Then you can't do it without an app. If you have a device running iOS 15 or iPadOS 15: Go to Settings. Scroll down to Passwords. Add your Firefox password. Then under 'Change Password on Website', You will see 'Set up Verification Code...'. Now, follow the steps.
