I'm sure I have no more this file on my system (even scanned by my antivirus) but this message still appears every time

how can I clean up?

This is not part of Firefox.

ok, but I have downloaded and then soon removed

what I need now is: how I can remove that notification?

if I choose "remove from history" or "clear preview panel" the notification still remains there...

Oh, sorry. Open the Download Manager <Control> J. Right-click on that entry and delete it.
