I need to send out an email monthly to the same 15+ people. How can I not have to retype all their addresses every month?

Are you using a webmail site to compose messages, or the Thunderbird mail program?
If you are composing a single message, you typically would create a mailing list/distribution list, and place the list in the BCC (blind carbon copy) field, with your own address in the "To" field.
If you are using mail software or a mailing service, then you would provide the list of addresses and have it generate individual/personal messages. (In the old days, we called it a Mail Merge.)
I'm sending out this group email through yahoo. I'm still not sure exactly what to do
