MD5 Hash ESR 91.1.0 Changing

So every time I download 91.1.0 from here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-esr The MD5 hash changes. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong... because I'm pretty sure it's my misunderstanding.

Mozilla provides SHA256 and SHA384 checksums.

Did you verify that you have downloaded to correct files ?

It is possible that (anti-virus) security software is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

That's what I'm saying, every time I download it (even on a whitespace VM without antivirus) the checksum changes. I'm wondering if anyone else can duplicate the issue.

I would also like to note that if I download something like VLC, I have no problem verifying the checksum. So this appears to be an issue with the download.
