List of previous Q&A no longer work
This is not a question, it's a complaint. I have a carefully kept a list of links to question's and answers I have gotten here over the years. I can no longer access them. <angry>
I don't like it that I need to log into and learn a new system but when I try to view old Q&As I get this screen:

Hi i_am_jim1, is that the MozillaZine forums? The administrator of the site posted at least a year ago that the forum was going to shut down. We've all been holding our breath and either that has now happened or something has gone wrong on the server. Anyway, whatever site that is, it doesn't look like this site. Perhaps you can find answers to your questions here by checking the Knowledge Base articles or asking again.
The questions and answers at the mozillaZine forums seem to have gone for now.
The mozillaZine knowledge base still seems to be working somehow although some CSS files give a 503 error as well.
Thanks for your reply.
I didn't understand all that, but I didn't study it because I've found that the WayBack Machine works -- clumsy, but it works.
Thanks for your reply.
I have found that the WayBackMachine works -- clumsy, but it works for my limited use.
You also can try Google cache and Bing cache if you don't have the exact link to the old page handy and need to search for it anyway.

Note that Mozilla has nothing to do with the long running independent *.mozillaZine.org web site. Mozilla did make use of it (for desktop Firefox, Thunderbird support and the old Mozilla suite (now as SeaMonkey by community) support) in the years before Mozilla got this site support.mozilla.org up and running well in oh 2008. http://www.mozillazine.org/about/
mozillaZine was originally going to be a site for guitar stuff. not kidding.
A quote from Alex Bishop (third admin at time) in http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=14934#p14934
It could have all been so different: MozillaZine was originally going to be a guitar website.
Back when when the site was moved to MozillaZine domain in 1998 a few months after mozilla.org was just created, no-one really cared about protecting the Mozilla trademarks and the forum started in Nov 4, 2002.
The future of the mozillaZine forums is a bit uncertain as per http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=3067832
Btw the forums.mozillaZine.org uses a separate server machine than the one use by the kb.mozillaZine.org and other non forum mozillaZine.org pages still active as to why the kb still worked.
The forums.mozillaZine.org has been back up for a few hours now.
Modified
Note that mozillaZine is working again at this moment, so no need to use WayBackMachine.
