Fred - problem still persists after starting in safe mode.

The website www.chase.com changes to https://secure03a.chase.com/web/auth/#/logon/logon/chaseOnline?lang=en after accepting my login.

The next screen is still the white background with a blue bar and the Tab that has: CUTIL-UND null null

You appear to be using Kaspersky security software.

We have seen reports that Kaspersky Safe Kids is causing issues with the Chase website.

Fred - Kaspersky automatically updates at least every 2 hours. It is always up to date. I certainly have tried diabling Kaspersky when doing online banking and the issue still persists. Any other thoughts.
