How do i prevent a user from opening FIREFOX with ADDONS disabled?

Hi I installed some web filter ADDONS for my CHILD.

However, he is tech savvy and likes to explore. How do i prevent him from going to HELP and opening FIREFOX with ADDONS DISABLED?

So many adult filter addons are useless with this simple method!
