A description of the problem and how it arose would be helpful. For example, did you replace a bad drive and reinstalled the OS and Thunderbird, then migrated your profile from the bad drive? The more you tell us about the onset of the problem, the better we can help you.

Also, please don't write in ALL CAPS. IT IMPLIES SHOUTING WHICH IS RUDE, PLUS IT ISN'T EASY ON THE EYES.

I replaced the machine, installed thunderbird 64-bit eng uk version in new machine & restored backup from my old machine to new one.

After restoring, it worked perfectly for the first time till i shut it down. After i tuned it on again, said screen appeared.

When i switch it on in safe mode, it works fine.

If it works in safe mode, it usually means there is an incompatible add-on or a broken layout.
