Everything is properly set w/2 DT's, but still won't sync. Had done it previously, w/no changes from me. Solution?

Trying to sync between this computer and the one I'm replacing. Both are properly set up to sync, but when I choolse "sync now," nothing happens. It functioned properly until yesterday (12/04/19), now nothing.

I solved this problem the day I posted it. I thought I'd responded, and thanked everyone who was kind enough to take the time to answer. If not, I'm thanking all now. Thank you all for your assistance with this problem.
