account settings dialogue box in miniature!

Tools/Account Settings menu box only partially appears - just the top of the box. Tried pressing the Option (Mac) key when hitting Account Settings but didn't change the appearance.

Attached is the full view of Account Settings

I really need to get inside this area because half of my emails are suddenly going to junk and apparently that is where I have to change the settings all of a sudden... Hopefully someone can help, everything seems to be going a little strange right now with TB!
