Trying to test our new site using this product's 'responsive design mode'.

The problem is that testing on the actual device - in this case iPhone 6 Plus - displays different styling to this browser?

Case in point is the carousel i am building. If i set Bootstrap spacing to center text vertically at the breakpoint which the iPhone registers, the spacing changes drastically when i view it on the actual device? It shunts the text up well behind the previous element so that it is illegible.

Not sure what i am doing wrong here. Stock Safari iOS browser, no plugins, nothing.
