After upgrading to Thunderbird 60 on Windows 10, I could not write any email
Hi Thunderbird,
I've tried a couple of thing to fix my problem. I could not write any mail, because Thunderbird 60 is hanging up and crashed. It does not matter, if I start Thunderbird in safe-mode or not. Following troubleshooting guide posted on Mozilla Wiki (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird:Testing:Memory_Usage_Problems) does not work. Additionally I had removed Thunderbird installation and installed again.
I get the same result. That is disappointing.
Please assist me and fix current issue.
Regards, Volker

1. Does it also happen if started thusly https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird ?
2. If you are really crashing then you should have crash IDs. Please post them. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-crash-reporter-tb#w_viewing-crash-reports

1) Yes. I had the same issue when using Thunderbird safe-mode 2) Unfortunately crash ID's were not be created, because Thunderbird process hangs completely.
After changing my email signature (my-signature.html) I've recognized that I could use Thunderbird properly. My assumption is that all your existing email signature could not be imported correctly after Thunderbird upgrading from 59.x to 60.
