My browser looks like a mobile emulator & I cant switch it to normal
I used a mobile emulator extension once in the past & now i havent seen it or it just died, cnat findit in my browser extensions
but my mozzila is still looking like a mobile version
how can i reset this to default without deleting cookies

Could it be the Responsive Design Mode? That can be triggered accidentally by pressing:
Command + Option/Alt + m

no, i was using agent spoof extension and the whole browser is mobilized

What extensions do you have?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Note that some website store this data in a cookie and you may have to clear cookies from affected websites. A quick test for cookies is to open the website in a New Private Window that uses a separate cookie jar and disables the disk cache.
